Fondue! When Bill was growing up, his Grandpa would make fondue for the family. I've inherited his recipe book and his awesome avocado green fondue pot complete with the ultra-modern electric hot plate. I'm pretty sure it's a major fire hazard, but so is Grandpa with his magnifying glass, so I am not deterred.
